Allied health professional project officer - Victorian Allied health assistant workforce project
Monash Health is excited to announce an opportunity to join the Victorian AHA workforce project team for the final year of the project.
- This opportunity is fixed term part time.
- The project officer will play an integral part in implementing the recommendations and resources developed as a part of this project, as well as assisting in research and manuscript preparation and stake holder management and communications.
- The project is due to cease with submission of a final report at the end of 2023.

The Workforce, Innovation, Strategy, Education and Research (WISR) Team at Monash Health has partnered with the Department of Health to deliver the Victorian Allied health assistant workforce project to optimise utilisation of Allied health assistants in health, disability and aged care settings.
About The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Victorian AHA workforce project team for the final year of the project.
In this role, the Allied health professional project officer will work closely with the Project Manager and AHA project officer to ensure the provision of implementation coaching and the final project report are delivered on time and within budget. The project officer will play an integral part in implementing the recommendations and resources developed as a part of this project, as well as assisting in research and manuscript preparation and stake holder management and communications.
This role is fixed term part time and would be suited to any allied health professional with a keen interest in innovative service models, implementation science, research and project management.

What You Need:
- Rallied health professional degree
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery
- Current relevant registration or eligibility for such
- Australian working rights
